Refund Policy

1. Nature of Service

Ice Scout is a subscription-based service, billed annually, to facilitate the scouting process. Due to the variable nature of this service, timelines may vary. The process may take months to secure the right match or may be completed in a matter of hours.

2. Final Sale

All sales are final. Given the nature of the service provided, no refunds will be issued once payment has been processed.

3. Subscription Cancellation*

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time; however, no refunds or prorated amounts will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription term. Once a subscription is canceled, service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Service Credits

In cases where service disruptions occur due to internal system errors, Ice Scout may offer credits as compensation. Customers should report such disruptions with evidence to Support@icescout.ca. Ice Scout will assess the situation and, at its sole discretion, determine the amount of the credit, if applicable. Credits will be applied as soon as possible.
